But how can I be "One" with P. Diddy?
Accepting the "All is One" principle while still holding predators accountable
To Be [One with P. Diddy] or Not to Be [One With P. Diddy] — That is the Question
In my most recent post, I confessed/proclaimed that I now see my Oneness with all beings — even people I don’t like. (Especially people I don’t like.)
Accepting “The Oneness” has brought immeasurable peace into my life. In fact, it’s the reason my mother and I — after 32 years and 2 estrangements — have finally, finally stopped fighting.
I have even gone as far as to accept that I am One with the man who raped me in 2017. (I’ll elaborate on that in a future post.)
And this leads nicely into the main point of this post:
In conversations about Oneness, a common refrain (well, protest) you’ll hear is: “I’m not ‘One’ with a fucking pedophile!”
This revulsion is understandable, especially for people who’ve been victimized by pedophiles. As a survivor of child sexual abuse myself, I can empathize.
So today, I offer you the perspective that helped me make peace with the possibility — and perhaps the reality — that we are all One (whether we like it or not).
Destroying the “I’m Not One With a Pedophile” Argument
As I contended in this post —
— we all have blood on our hands, as it pertains to human rights abuses.
If you use a smartphone, eat conventional chocolate or sugar, or buy “fast fashion” clothing, you have personally paid traffickers to exploit children. Period.
I will even argue that if you have children with the expectation that they’ll “help you around the house,” “continue running the family business,” or “take care of you when you’re older,” etc., then you are operating on the same principle as child traffickers do, which is that “children exist to be used.”
Like vampires who can’t see themselves in the mirror, we often fail to see our own evil — but have no problem seeing it in others! That’s the real reason why heated discussions about “The Illuminati” (a.k.a. celebrity traffickers & cannibals) are ~all the rage~ right now.
It can be excruciatingly uncomfortable to confront “the vampire within,” so to speak. But until we face this shadow inside of ourselves, nothing will change in the so-called “outer world.”
No amount of “consciousness-raising,” meme-sharing, exposé-writing, or chanting “Epstein didn’t kill himself” will eradicate the traffickers of the world, as long as we remain blind to what they mirror back to us.
Why Abusers Exist
A masochist is still One with himself, even when he’s flogging, cutting and whipping himself. His attack on himself doesn’t change the fact that he’s himself.
Likewise, considering our Oneness at the higher levels of reality, no amount of war-mongering, abuse, rape, or violence here on the lower levels can make it not-true that we are still One with each other.
To put it succinctly: Abusers, rapists, vampires, and violent criminals don’t know that they’re One with all beings. That’s why they want to hurt “others.” They mistakenly believe that there are “others” at all!
But when you awaken to Oneness, you necessarily develop empathy — and therefore, hurting “others” hurts your own heart, too.
And as for those beings who continue engaging in abusive behaviors, you might consider them aspects of yourself who are still lost in the darkness of Unconsciousness — the Unconsciousness of your vast, cosmic, god-like mind, which contains universes.
Those tiny-i aspects of yourself may not be able to appreciate their Oneness with you — but you can still appreciate your Oneness with them.
The Last Supper portrays this mystery beautifully: Before the Crucifixion, Jesus the Christ offered his disciples bread and wine that represented his flesh and blood. The symbolism of eating him — and thereby becoming him — was a clear invitation into Union, or Oneness, with him.
And Jesus did this while knowing fully well that they were all going to abandon and betray him before the most agonizing event of his life!
Just as The Mystery of The Last Supper conveys Jesus’s embodiment of Oneness, so, too, does his description of the church as his “bride,” considering that he himself described marriage as two people becoming One flesh.
Do you know of any moral teacher who so radically took personal ownership of everyone else’s wickedness? — who took it all upon himself, like it was his fault?
Radical Oneness is the only way to eternal life, to immortality.
It’s the way, the truth, and the life, in fact.
“In everything, do to others what you would have them do to you.”
~ Jesus the Christ, Matthew 7:12
Memes are Mirrors
And because we are One, trending topics (also called “memes”) tend to be symbolically indicative of shifts happening in the collective consciousness — that liminal pocket of reality where we are aware of our interconnectedness.
Thus, P. Diddy being such a trending topic in the world right now, is a testament to how this particular Collective Shadow is emerging from the hellish pits of Unconsciousness, demanding to be illuminated and integrated into the light of Consciousness.
So instead of pissing and moaning about how P. Diddy abused his power, we need to ask ourselves why we — yes, WE! — gave him enough attention to make him a celebrity in the first place.
If he’s guilty of abusing his power, we are guilty of giving him that power — with the omnipotent, all-seeing eye of our very own attention.
Yes, the rumors are true: the Illuminati is you.

“Change!... and the world will change.
You create a sick world, and then you fear your own creation, the violence that you yourself gave birth to. You think the world is an objective fact... but the world is as you dream it.
Go into the world and accept yourself. Meet the poor, the violent, the lepers that dwell inside you. Accept them... Do not avoid them, do not blame them... Surrender to your world.
Go and consciously accept that which you have created: a world that is rigid, ignorant... lifeless.”

Thank you for such a cogent, urgent reminder. It reminds me of this anecdote:
In 1908, The Times of London asked a wide range of noted writers to pen an article in response to the question: “What is wrong in the world today?” The English author and philosopher, Gilbert Keith “G.K.” Chesterton, replied with the one-line “essay”:
“I am.”
An important post regarding something that humanity must learn before we can consider ourselves truly in touch with truth. Not an easy thing to understand until we face our own dark side, and we all have one, you can't be human without it. The point is to master it, but that won't happen until you develop the moral courage to face it. https://substack.com/home/post/p-150872728
