A Cure for Sleep Paralysis, Nightmares & Witching Hour Wake-Ups
You don't have to tolerate night terrors anymore.
Countless people are plagued by regular sleep paralysis, nightmares, and sleep interruptions during the “witching hour” (~ 3AM). The mainstream scientific establishment has attempted to explain-away these disturbing experiences with non-sense about consciousness transition glitches, leftover caveman instincts, and liver issues. But those of us who can see beyond the veil know better.
The uncomfortable truth is that, more often than not, frightening sleep disturbances are the direct result of harassment by malevolent entities, be they demons, interdimensionals or sorcerers.
Now of course, I can’t “prove” this to you. But I can give you information, and invite you to test it for yourself.
I can also tell you that I have been giving the following advice to anyone who comes to me for advice about sleep disturbances, and every single one of them says they began sleeping peacefully since putting it into practice.
If that’s not evidence enough that there is a spiritual component to sleep disturbances, I don’t know what to tell you. At this point I’ve come to accept that some people can see and some can’t, and I can’t force everyone’s third eye open.
¯\_ (ツ)_/¯
Anyway, enough of me hating on hylics. Here’s what to do:
Understand that you are most spiritually vulnerable when sleeping and dreaming. And generally, people don’t put themselves in vulnerable positions without some sort of defense ready (like carrying mace on a nightly stroll). So just as you’d install a security system in your physical home to ward off invaders, you must set spiritual boundaries around yourself at night to ward off attacks while you travel the subtle planes.
So before you fall asleep every night, you must COMMAND YOUR SPACE, & you must do so with a full sense of your personal sovereignty.
Come up with something to say that 1) denotes that the space belongs to you, 2) releases you from any agreements to participate in harmful activities while unconscious, and 3) ensures that you will be unbothered through the night— and then say it with all your authority.
For example, you could declare:
“THIS IS MY SPACE.
I COMMAND ANY ENTITY, BEING, DEMON, GHOST, SHADOW PERSON, PRINCIPALITY OR OTHER FORM OF CONSCIOUSNESS WHO WAS NOT INVITED HERE WITH MY EXPLICIT VERBALIZED CONSENT TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY AND KEEP OUT.
I AM FREE FROM ANY AND ALL OBSERVATION, HARASSMENT, INTERFERENCE, VAMPIRISM, HYPNOTIC SUGGESTION, AND OTHERWISE UNWANTED ACTIVITIES AGAINST MY BEING ON ALL LEVELS OF EXISTENCE, PHYSICAL AND NON-PHYSICAL.
I WILL NOW SLEEP SAFELY, SECURELY AND SOUNDLY THROUGH THE NIGHT.”
And that’s it!
It may sound ludicrously simple, but trust me when I say, I’ve been using this process for about 6 months and it works. I’ve only forgotten to do this maybe 3 nights in that time, and those are the only nights during which I had upsetting nighttime experiences with entities.
You may also choose to sleep with protective talismans or holy images on your walls. Some also request protection from their spirit guides or personal deity (calling on Jesus Christ is a popular choice).
Whatever you do, what really matters is that you believe that what you’re doing is working. You must fully feel your sovereignty as you’re commanding your space. No need to feel silly or embarrassed about this process. It’s your space. How dare anyone try to mess with you while you’re sleeping!
You do not have to accept nightly disturbances as part of your life. Sleep paralysis is not “just a thing that happens.” It absolutely is within your power to stop it. More than that, it is your right to do so.
Now, if you do find yourself in sleep paralysis, the way to get out of it is to generate a sense of calmness at your core. We have all heard that negative entities “feed on fear,” and turns out, it’s true.
I used to get sleep paralysis so often that at some point I’d find myself frozen and think, “Ugh, not this shit again,” very sarcastically. And it was actually my wry humor that released me from the grip of whatever was holding me down. As soon as I stopped being afraid and chose to laugh instead, the terrorist would leave my room.
Valdamar Valerian observed that the Buddhist method of training oneself to laugh at fear is one effective way to escape the grip of a malevolent entity — and this even works for alien abduction experiences!
“An example of the type of attitude that the Grays find most confusing is the classic Buddhist discipline of meditating on a bloated corpse until one roars with laughter upon realizing what a complete cosmic joke existence is.
The most likely way to extricate oneself and others from a potentially disastrous situation is to keep the consciousness centered and the heart still, realizing the situation to be the illusion that it is. Do not act out of fear, thereby insuring the victory of the opponent…
In no matter what type of situation, retain your sense of humor and perspective. Learn to apply the T’ai Ch’i disciplines in non-physical fashion. Center yourself, then act from that center.
May this information restore your peace and self-governance.
Thank you! I had my first experience of sleep paralysis when I was 14. Frozen, I heard someone enter my room. They came up to me, sat on my chest and said "good night, Jessica, good night". They got up, stood by my bedroom door and watched me for a while, occasionally saying "good night, Jessica". I finally was able to move/sit up when I felt them leave my room. Other experiences with sleep paralysis have led me to leave my body, astral travel and see alien beings in outer space...
