Very interesting. I've never heard of this before altho I've altered my own system due to a similar conclusion. I was in the middle of looking up a word in an Mandarin-English dictionary to better understand a phrase related to occult research I was doing at the time when the thought hit me: Wtf am I doing? It can't be this complicated or it would exclude too many ppl thru no fault of their own. It would be better to just 'know thyself.' So I enacted a personalised system there and then and certainly don't regret it either.
Yes! I love to hear this. To rely on spiritual texts is to rely on other people's distilled gnosis. It's never going to be as accurate, or satisfying, as one's own Gnosis.
