Yes, cultivating containing and focusing high vibrational energy is a skill to be developed. Goddess God gave us a physical body with some miraculous capabilities. One such capability is the conscious alignment with pure bliss energy. We can tap in to pure bliss by opening our root and sacral energy centers. Of course every body is different and each of us has our own path of discovery.
I have become very conscious of how much sexual wounding influences the world, individually and collectively. So many people are wildly out of balance, either shut down or on the other extreme obsessed with physical pleasure. There is a magical middle ground however.
